Help Center
Quick answers about your account, matching, video and voice calls, payments, and staying safe on TweetCam. If you hit an account snag, a payment problem, or someone behaving badly, skim the right section here before you email support — it is often faster.
Account & login
How do I get started? You do not need an account to take your first video call — just open TweetCam and tap start. If you want to save preferences, sign in with one of the login methods shown on the page.
I forgot my password. Use the reset flow and follow the verification steps. Make sure you can still reach the email tied to your account.
Why is my account restricted? Access can be limited when the system spots unusual activity, a security risk, or a rule violation. Sometimes a quick extra verification is needed before things are back to normal.
How do I keep my account safe? Don't share your login details, avoid signing in on devices you don't trust, refresh your password now and then, and tell us fast if you suspect someone else got in.
Matching, video & voice calls
How does matching work? Tap start and TweetCam pairs you with a stranger who is online right now, one on one, usually in seconds. Results shift with who is online and current safety controls, so no two sessions look the same.
Why won't a match start? This usually traces back to an account restriction, a temporary safety limit, or a thin pool at that moment. Waiting a beat and tapping again generally clears it.
My video or voice call keeps failing. Check your connection first, then confirm the browser has permission to use your camera and microphone. A quick reload of the page fixes most of these.
Can I switch to typing? Yes. Every match includes a text chat, so if you would rather write than talk, you can do the whole conversation in text.
Coins & payments
What is paid? TweetCam is free to start. Coins are optional and only used for longer sessions or a few premium extras.
My payment hasn't shown up yet. Confirmation can lag behind your card provider's processing or a brief sync delay. Check the payment result screen first before assuming it failed.
Where do I see my coin balance? Your balance and recent purchases live in your wallet or account area.
Can I get a refund? It depends on the purchase, its status, and the consumer law where you live. Our Refund Policy spells out exactly when we will review one.
Reports, blocking & restrictions
How do I report someone? Use the in-room report button whenever you run into harassment, a scam, impersonation, someone who may be underage, or anything else against the rules.
What happens after I report? A real person reviews it. Depending on how serious it is, we may warn the person, restrict their features, suspend them, or ban them outright.
How does blocking work? Block someone and TweetCam won't pair the two of you again. You can also simply skip to move on instantly — you are never stuck in a chat.
Privacy & safety
You decide how much you reveal in a conversation, and you never have to publish personal details to use TweetCam. For the full picture of what we collect and how it is used, read the Privacy Policy. For practical tips on meeting strangers on cam, see our Safety page.
Still stuck?
If none of the above sorts it out, email [email protected] or head to Contact Us. Include what happened, the feature involved, and a screenshot if you have one, and we'll take it from there.
