Refund Policy

TweetCam is free to start — you can begin a 1-on-1 video call without paying anything. Coins are the only thing you can buy, and they're a one-time digital item. This policy explains when purchases are and aren't refundable, and how billing disputes get handled.

Effective: January 2026 · Last updated: July 2026

1. What this covers

This policy applies to every paid digital item on TweetCam — chiefly coins and any premium feature they unlock. All of these are single, one-time purchases of digital content. There are no subscriptions and nothing auto-renews (more on that in Section 6).

2. Purchases are final once delivered

Coins are credited to your account the moment you buy them. Because that value is delivered instantly, a completed purchase is final and non-refundable once the coins land in your balance — whether or not you've spent them yet — except where the law says otherwise (see Section 3).

3. Exceptions the law requires

Some places give consumers rights we honor no matter what the "final sale" rule says. For example, shoppers in the EU and UK usually have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content — but by asking for your coins to be made available immediately, you agree to instant delivery and accept that this 14-day window ends once delivery begins. Nothing here removes any non-waivable refund or consumer-protection right you have where you live.

4. When we'll review a refund

Even though purchases are final, get in touch if any of these happen and we'll look at it case by case:

  • A duplicate or mistaken charge — you were billed twice for the same order, or charged in error.
  • Failed delivery — your payment went through but the coins never reached your balance because of a problem on our end.
  • An unauthorized charge — a payment you didn't approve (also contact your bank in that case).

To ask for a review, email us with the order details — the date, the amount, and the account or email used — within a reasonable time of the charge.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

Payments are processed by a third-party provider, and you can dispute a charge through them or your bank. That process is outside our control, so we can't prevent or reverse a dispute you open with them. Bear in mind that starting a chargeback instead of contacting us first can lead to the order being cancelled, any purchased or remaining coins being forfeited, feature limits, or account review and suspension. Reaching out to us first is usually the faster way to fix a genuine problem.

6. No subscriptions

TweetCam doesn't do subscriptions or recurring billing. Every coin purchase is a single, one-time charge — there's nothing to cancel and you won't be billed again automatically.

7. Promotional and free coins

Coins or perks handed out for free, as a bonus, or as part of a promotion carry no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and aren't eligible for any refund.

8. How to reach us

For any billing question, or to ask us to review a charge under Section 4, email [email protected]. The Contact Us page and Help Center have more too.
