Contact Us

Whatever you need — match quality, a moderation call, a payment, a deletion request, or a technical hiccup — the quickest way to reach TweetCam is the email below. A real person reads every message that comes in.

Our official support channel

TweetCam runs a single support inbox that covers account questions, payment issues, safety reports, and anything about our policies. Reaching out through the official address helps us look into your issue accurately and keeps you clear of scams.

Email: [email protected]

Please use only this channel. Never hand over passwords, one-time codes, or full payment card numbers to any account or third party claiming to be us — we will never ask for them.

What you can write to us about

Account and login. Sign-in failures, verification trouble, restrictions, or anything that looks like unusual activity on your account.

Matching and calls. Matching that won't start, a video or voice call that keeps dropping, or a stranger who harassed you or behaved suspiciously in a room.

Payments and coins. A charge that failed, an order stuck in limbo, coins that never landed in your balance, or any other billing question.

Policies and safety. Questions about our Privacy Policy or Terms, plus reports of fraud, impersonation, or someone who may be underage.

Before you hit send

A little context helps us resolve things on the first reply. Where it applies, include the account email you use, the feature or page involved, roughly when it happened, a plain description of what went wrong, and screenshots if you have them. For payment issues, add the order or transaction details.

Please leave out anything genuinely sensitive — your password, a verification code, or your full card number are never needed to help you.

A quick security note

For your own protection, be wary of anyone claiming to speak for TweetCam outside this official channel. Do not share passwords or codes, do not follow payment instructions from unofficial sources, and report suspicious links, impersonation, or abuse as soon as you spot them. If you think your account or payment details may be exposed, write to us right away.

How we handle requests

We review each request by type, urgency, and how clear the details are — plus any verification needed to act safely. Anything touching account security, a payment exception, an abuse report, or policy enforcement may need extra checking before we respond or take action, so those can take a little longer.
