About TweetCam
TweetCam is a free 1-on-1 video call with strangers. The whole product is one idea: put two people face to face on camera in seconds — no sign-up, no profile to build, and nobody else watching the room. What TweetCam is
We wanted meeting someone new to feel quick and low-stakes, in the good way. So there are no feeds here, no follower counts, no leaderboards to climb. There is a queue, and our job is to keep it moving. Tap once and you are matched with a stranger who is online right now — usually within seconds.
Every match is a private room for two. No broadcast, no crowd, no grid of cams behind you. If the conversation clicks, you stay in it. If it does not, one tap brings someone new. That is essentially the entire experience, and we like it that way.
What you can do here
TweetCam keeps the toolset small on purpose. Once you are matched, you can talk on live cam, drop into voice, or type in the text chat if you would rather write. Before you match you can browse who is online to get a feel for the pool. That is the core loop: match, talk, keep or skip.
TweetCam is free to start — your first video call costs nothing. Coins are optional and only come into play for longer sessions or a few premium extras, so you can try the whole thing before deciding whether to spend anything.
What we care about
Keeping it simple. The product should feel light and obvious in a phone browser — open it, tap, talk. No setup, no learning curve.
Keeping it safe. A private one-to-one room, clear rules for everyone, and one-tap block, skip, and report tools sit at the center of the experience. Moderation runs around the clock and acts on what people flag.
Being straight with you. We would rather write policies people can actually read than bury the important parts. If something about how TweetCam works is unclear, the goal is to fix the wording, not shrug it off.
Who it's for
TweetCam suits anyone who wants a real conversation with a real person and would rather skip the endless swiping. We are not a dating app and not a social network — just a fast way to say hello to someone new on cam. It fits people who want to talk face to face right now, who would take one good hello over fifty idle chats, who do not want to fill out a profile first, and who are fine with cameras and voice on, in real time.
The ground rules
To keep TweetCam safe and orderly, everyone is expected to follow the law, our Terms of Service, and our Community Guidelines. Harassment, fraud, impersonation, unsafe conduct, and payment abuse can lead to warnings, restrictions, or a permanent ban, depending on what happened.
